A spacious, 4  double bedroomed (all en-suite) villa with its own  fresh water pool, large sunbathing area and amazing roof terrace with views of Kalkan Bay.    It is within a 5 minute walk of the centre of the Old Town and a 8 minute walk to the harbour and beach.  There is therefore no need for taxis or hire cars.  Even though you are close to the romantic old town, you won't need to worry about being disturbed in your villa at night.  The villa is set near two other similar villas.  More details of the location are on the information page.  Villa Lokum has two storeys and is built in the typical Kalkan style with stone walls to the ground floor and balconies with wrought iron railings to the bedrooms on the second floor.  There is a large area to the front of the villa where the pool is located and to the side of the villa where there is private off-road parking and small garden with banana trees. 

• The villa has 4 double bedrooms all with modern, fully tiled ensuite bathrooms.  You will not need to make anyone sleep on a sofa bed!  You will not arrive to find that one of the bedrooms is in the attic!  The 3 bedrooms upstairs have pine floors.  The furniture has been handmade in Kalkan with local pine. There is plenty of storage space.  These bedrooms each have a balcony.   The fourth bedroom is on the ground floor with doors opening onto the swimming pool.  (Hairdryers included)  All have mosquito nets.
• There is a separate toilet downstairs for visitors.
• The villa has fully remote controlled airconditioning. Mosquito screens to the windows.
• There is satellite television and a DVD player.  A large selection of DVDs and CDs.  Small library of paperbacks.   Bring your binoculars for the wonderful Kalkan Bay views.
• There is a large living/dining area with tiled floor and a fireplace made in local stone. The furnishings are of a high quality.  Sliding doors lead onto the pool area.
• The modern kitchen is open plan and  with a large fridge/freezer, hob and oven and dishwasher.  Plenty of cupboards full of everything we can think of.
• There is a washing machine and iron and facilities for drying clothes. 
• Private swimming pool.  Beach towels not provided.
• There are plenty of wooden sunloungers and four cream parasols around the pool.  There are sunbeds and a huge pergola on the roof terrace.  There is also a barbecue.
• An outstanding feature is the huge roof terrace with wonderful views of Kalkan harbour.  There is ample room for sunbathing and for eating.  A pine table and pine chairs have been provided on the roof for 8 to dine under the stars.  A pergola has been provided to give extra shade.
• There is also a fridge on the roof terrace!  You don't want to walk too far for your beer!
